Our career development workshops focus on individual responsibility for development and provide guidance on how to engage in effective personal development planning. They will help your staff to fully understand their skills and strengths and how to develop personally within their current role, in order to achieve their goals.

Interview training
The workshops work best when delivered to groups of up to twenty people. A typical workshop will extend over a full day or half day. As part of our preparation for the workshop we encourage all participants to let us know their key career issues, and we provide handouts and assessment exercises for them to complete in their own time after the workshop.
