The arrest of the Tory immigration spokesman for alleged invovement in leaks from the Home Office raises issues for anyone who is conscientious about their job and believes in behaving responsibly at work. OK, most of us are never going to be passed classified information, and most of us do not have a career which is based on challenging the actions of government. But we are all likely at times to come across situations in our working life when we have to decide whether to do something that might be construed as sailing close to the limits of the law.
